  • Service Usage Information: preferences, habits, and other usage information related to 8 Maison services, behavior information on mobile applications, and cookies; device, network, application, location, and usage information collected through mobile applications

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  • Promoting and marketing services, contacting you regarding campaigns, discounts, benefits, terms, and fees; providing membership and event-related opportunities and carrying out necessary procedures for their use

  • Offering proposals, gifts, and promotions; targeted promotions; sending you content related to special celebrations, wishes, awards, raffles, and items you might want to revisit; using your information for events such as awards, raffles, or similar activities

  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law

  • Request notification of any corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred

  • Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
